He is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Have closely monitored 20 car wash locations with 900 employees across several countys. Responsibilities include but not limited to; maintaining all DRB reports of all profit centers, P&L statements to controller, daily, weekly, quarterly ROI.
Conducted weekly & monthly location management & district management meetings with set agendas and key company topics as to operations, labor, staffing, chemical cost control, Grand open acquisitions and per store marketing & advertising promotional events to be held.
Able to implement employee standardization policies such as; Microsoft HR Interview Plan, Project 2007 T.R.I.P. ( Training Rollout Initiative Plan.) Have implemented & monitored employee policy hand books, employee evaluation's peer evaluations & responsible to teach management how to conduct employee reviews that recognize individual performance rewards per employee or particular profit center. Can implement Management HR directory manual, Office directory manual, new employee orientation manuals and employee policy hand books.
I possess tremendous experience with the proper car through-put & car flow control given a locations busiest day, with an over flow plan imitated at a peaks moment. Keep the customers "Safe Zone" free of liability claims & employment workman's comp claims at less than 2%, able to redeliver customers vehicles within company set time frames on time, including quality control finishing time per car.

Recent projects have been car wash real estate valuation, consulting existing locations, ground-up new buyer contracts and purchase documents and lease negotiations for clients regarding car washes, convenience store, gas stations and drive thru coffee tie-ins. I have been helping buyers and sellers make intelligent decisions about new building, selling their business or acquiring a new businesses. I have been responsible to re-brand multiple store locations, implementing corporate car wash standardization practices in vehicle product production & re-delivery of customer's vehicles.
Other Experience:
My expertise is operations valuation and analysis of an individual investment within the location's key area. I have a diversified back ground and experience in operations research, marketing assessment, acquisition take over planning, deposition analysis and transaction structuring.
Possess several distributor agreements in the car wash industry currently.
