I managed the vending sales for this Vend equipment/Amusement Distributor.  I called on all operators in Kansas and Missouri, representing Automatic Products, Rowe, Dixie-Narco Products.  Retained all business and grew the smaller (mom and pop) vending business through financing and the AP Low Cost models, introduced during that time period.

Western Regional Sales Manager, 1997-2002

I was responsible for all GPL Distributors in the western region. I worked closely with the distributors to increase their GPL sales through promotions and incentives for the operators. I made many operator calls with the distributor promoting the incentives and promotions. I added new distributors in areas where GPL was poorly represented and canceling a few of the non-productive distributors.

Managed a full line vend operating branch in Arlington, TX, for AVS Services, Ltd.  Working from a P & L, making sure each department within the branch operated at a profitable level. The vending company was sold to Mcliff Vending in the last two years I managed the vending company.

I was ask to manage the full line vending equipment sales company for AVS Services LTD, having two sales people covering TX, OK, LA, AR, and NM, out of two different warehouses, Arlington, TX and Buda, TX. I worked with the manufacturers to maximize my profits in each and every way I could.  Controlled equipment inventory as closely as I could, making sure we did not run out of any models of equipment to sale.
